This article describes how to recover access to your Barracuda Spam Firewall account. Normally, you receive periodic quarantine reports from Barracuda Spam Firewall in your inbox. These quarantine reports contain hyperlinks that enable you to directly access your Barracuda account.
If you delete all of the quarantine reports in your inbox, you no longer have the hyperlinks that enable Barracuda account access. However, you can recover access to your account.
